Returns Policy
Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Custom-made or commissioned items, including personalized pieces, are non-returnable. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.
